PORTRAITS OF REYKJAVIK

There was this sudden vertical increase of tourism in Iceland just in the past year alone.  In the past, I have never really considered to even visit this country, but after googling photos and reading multiple travel blogs, I decided that it will be one of my dream destinations.  It has that unique, small city charm, but has a big city feel to it.  I'm so glad that I visited Reykjavik (the capital city) and hopefully I can come back in the future to do more sightseeing.

​I did not take as much photos on this trip as I did when I went to Tokyo.  But I was able to manage to get enough content for my blog.  It was a quick trip to Reykjavik and I loved every minute of it. It was a special trip for me because I celebrated my birthday there.  We met new people because people were so patient and polite.

1. The Pearl Museum--they are having a 1 ISK promotion tickets and you have access to a man made ice cave--i loved it!
2. The attitude and the calm locals.
3. Weather is amazing, whilst the sun is out
4. Blue Lagoon
5. It's a clean city!
